Container Consolidation

You can enter the container page by clicking "My Container" on your profile card on the homepage, and follow the instructions to start container consolidation.

Order Status Tracking

After completing the payment, you can choose to view my order to track the status of the order, or through the home page "My Orders" to enter the view, click on the right side of the order "i" button to view the actual progress of the order!

ESSA's Deposit Modes

ESSA offers three deposit modes:

1、fixed deposit

2、fixed deposit for one container

3、proportional deposit for one container.

You can choose or change the deposit mode, however, we strongly recommend the fixed deposit. It has two benefits:

1、it saves time, as orders will be sent to the factory for production as soon as possible if your credit line is available to pay for the order, and it avoids backorders, as the order will be sent to the factory for production as soon as possible.

2、lt will never be the case again that delivery ispostponed due to the payment difference caused by exchange rate.

You can contact your sales assistant to change your guarantee deposit mode, or by yourself. The previous PO are not affected. After guarantee deposit mode is successfully changed, the new guarantee deposit will come into effect immediately.

Guarantee Deposit Conversion

What is the conversion relationship between Fixed GuaranteeDeposit and Credit Amount?Please read the graph below. lf your Credit Amount is insufhcient, please raise your Fixed Guarantee depositto the corresponding level.
