●Registration

After entering the ESSA homepage, click on "Free Registration" in the upper right corner of the website. Follow the instructions on the registration page and fill in the required information. Finally, confirm the details to complete the registration process. Please click here to access.


●Product Search

The website provides three ways for you to search for products and factories: a search bar, product categories, and image recognition by taking photos. You can search for products and factories with precision using these methods. If you still can't find the desired product, you have the option to either post a sample request on the website or contact your personal buyer, who will promptly respond to your needs. ●Payment & Settlement

  1、Payment

     For new customers, we support the "30% deposit + 70% balance" payment method, and the specific ratio can be adjusted according to the scale of your order. For more details,       please feel free to contact us for further discussion.

  2、Settlement

    We use containers as the settlement unit, and one invoice corresponds to one container. Orders less than a full container will also be treated as one container. Additionally, any remaining balance on the invoice can be used as a deposit or payment for the next batch of goods.


●Logistics

   We support shipping by sea, and of course, you can also choose railway or road transportation. The transportation cost generally includes short-haul and long-haul charges. For specific logistics details and related information, you can read "Get some details on shipping here."


●After-sales service

   We promise compensation for late delivery and damages to the goods. For specific compensation standards, please refer to the article "Helping you understand the details of a purchase order."
