●Registration and Login

   1、Registration

    In the upper right corner of the web page, click on "free registration" to start registration, in the registration, you need to provide your contact name, email, mobile phone number        and set the login password.

       

       


       

   2、Login

    To log in with an existing account, simply click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the web page and use either your email + password or mobile number + password to sign in.

       


       

   3、 Forgot Password        

    Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the webpage, choose "Forgot Password," and enter your account email to make the necessary changes.        

       

   4、 Forgot Account        

    We recommend contacting your sales consultant or website customer service to attempt to recover your account.

  5、 What  to do if you haven't received the password reset email?        

    Please first confirm if the email in your personal information is valid. If confirmed, you can click the "Resend" button to send the email again. You can also check your email's spam        folder.

●Account Settings

  1、Personal Information Settings

After logging in, you can complete your personal profile and change your email address. Improving your personal and company information can enhance your credibility and expedite the account verification process.   2、Change Password/Email

On the left sidebar of your personal homepage, click on "Change Password" or "Change Email." We will send you a verification email, and you can follow the instructions in the email to complete the process and make the changes. ●Account Authentication

After you have successfully logged in, your profile card will prompt you to carry out user authentication, click "Go to authentication" and the system automatically jumps to the authentication confirmation page.

       


       

In the authentication confirmation page, you only need to check whether the information is correct or not, and modify the problematic data. After confirming that there is no error, click on "Upload Identity Verification", there will be a corresponding staff responsible for the audit, usually within three working days will complete the verification.        

       


       

●Your Personal Shopper

Personal shoppers will be responsible for tracking your order throughout the process, and they will answer any questions you have about the order. After you register and log in, you can choose your preferred shopper. If you haven't selected a shopper, the platform will automatically assign one for you, and you can change shoppers at any time.
